Yes you are 100% eligible for NEET 2023.
Earlier the supreme court had scraped off the age limit for NEET 2023.The new eligibility criteria is as follows:

• Candidates must have passed class 12 in PCB with a minimum of 50% marks. However, those candidates who belong to the reserved category required only 40% in the qualifying exam.
• Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December 2023.
• Candidates who have taken biology as an additional subject are also eligible to apply. Other than Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals are also eligible to apply for NEET 2023.
• While appearing for NEET Counselling candidates must be able to produce all the original documents satisfying the minimum eligibility requirements.

Yes you can give neet , as there is no as such upper age criteria for NEET - UG as if now as supreme court has scrapped the upper age limit of 25 for neet UG.
Anyone who fulfills the given below criterias get seat for NEET UG exam-:
1-one must have passed the 12th examination with English, Physics, chemistry and biology /biotechnology as their subject.
2- the person must be of 17 year or older at the time of examination.
3- he/she must have scored more than 50% aggregate in PCB if they are from unreserved category and above 40% aggregate in PCB if they belong SC/ST/OBC category.
4- he/ she must be Indian citezen or Non resident Indian
That's all you need to have in order to sit in a NEET UG examination.
