Hello Aspirant,
According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would ne in the range of 62929-75079 and against this your percentile will be in between 92.95-93.15 and on the basis of this percentile you are right that you cannot get any good college like NIT/IIIT with General category but as per previous year's cut-offs for General category to appear in JEE-Advance which was around 89 percentile you have decent chances to qualify for appearing in JEE-Advance so if you think that you are prepared for JEE-Advance and you just need to revise once then started from the next second for JEE-Advance 2020 but if you think that you have not done any preparation for JEE-Advance then I would recommend you to wait for next year and practice and prepare yourself more so that in the 2021 you can score good marks and can get good colleges.
On the basis of this percentile which you have scored you can get some state government colleges also but I would not recommend you this if you can wait for JEE-Main 2021.
However I would recommend you to ise JEE-Main College predictor so that you can see the chances of colleges which you can get on this percentile and then you can prepare yourself accordingly :-
