Depends on whether you like medical stream or are you are into general science streams
the opening is biology give you in general science streams include bachelor, master and doctorate degrees on subjects like botany, zoology, physiology, microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology which will offer you either professorship posts or will get you employed into some good enterprise as a consultant
on the other hand if you want to practice medical lines you can give NEET UG which will get you to MBBS BDS, BHMS BMS or veterinary medicine
you can also offer bachelor of physiotherapy that is BPT or DMLT that is diploma and laboratory technician courses
You can also study bachelor of optometry or BSc nursing or GNM nursing or critical care assistant courses under anaesthesia departments of different colleges

You can go for biotechnology, research , PhD and also Civil services..!
If you have good till 10th then you can go for SSC CGL, BANKING, CHSL etc.
You have more option.
I think biotechnology also a good choice.
