Hello,
As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your qualification details you should have applied with your last year matkshhet only and if it was not given, you would give it latter. Because only last year marksheet would prove whether you have cleared or not your ug course. .
But now you have to do all the verrfication of your marks during the counseling process.
