Hi Surojit, A safe score will differ every year but then also... if you score 500 - 550 plus in NEET..you will definitely secure a seat in MBBS in a reputed college of Delhi.....Regarding AIIMS its quite different in difficulty level and exam as compared to NEET...AIIMS not releases marks cut off...but it will safer if you can score around 120 ....Best of luck

For NEET, the minimum marks to qualify for NEET for All India Quota counselling process for SC category is 40th percentile. There are in total 180 questions: 45 Physics, 45 Chemistry and 90 Biology. Colleges in Delhi that are under All India Quota are: - Dr. B.S.A. Medical College, Delhi - LADY HARDINGE MEDICAL COLLEGE, NEW DELHI - MAULANA AZAD MEDICAL COLLEGE, NEW DELHI - NDMC Medical College, Delhi - University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi - VMMC AND SJH, NEW DELHI I think to get into any of these colleges, a safe score for SC category should range from 460-470. For AIIMS, the minimum marks to qualify for counselling process for SC category is 80(40% of total marks). There are in total 200 questions: 60 Physics, 60 Chemistry, 60 Biology and 10 General Knowledge. More than worrying about marks, I suggest that you focus on the preparation for the exam. Check out this link for a few tips on preparation for NEET: https://dqxeclau.top/question-im-in-12th-i-want-to-score-in-neet-but-i-havent-proper-knowledge-and-books-too-what-should-i-dohow-can-i-get-neet-related-pre-yr-paper?icn=question-title-details&ici=topic-detail-page

NEET and AIIMS are 2 different exam and have diffrent exam pattern & difficulty level.

NEET has total 180 questions; 45 each in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. NEET have objective type questions only and each question consist 4 marks and -1 marks is deducted for wrong answer.

Delhi have below government medical colleges:

Maulana Azad Medical College
Lady Harding Medical College (Only for Girls)
University college of Medical Science
Vardhman Mahavir Medical College
North Delhi Municipal Corporation
Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College

All the above colleges takes admission through All India Couunselling (15% Quota) and State level counselling (85% Quota).

To get admission through all india quota counselling your score should be more than 450 under SC category. If you belong to delhi then 430 or above score will be safe to get  admission in delhi colleges through state counselling.

VMMC has some seats for outside delhi students but cut off is high for this category. You should score more than 540 score to get amdission in this college under ODSC (Outside Delhi SC) category.

AIIMS has total 200 questions; 60 each in Physics, Chemistry & Biology and 10 questions of General knowledge and aptitutde and logical thinking. AIIMS have multiple choice and reason- assertion based questions only and each question consist 1 marks and -1/3 marks is deducted for wrong answer.

AIIMS Don't declare cut off marks but you should have more than 100 marks under SC category to get admission in AIIMS, Delhi.

Good Luck!!
