On the basis of previous year's trends it's hard to say that you will get a seat in AIIMS. If we look at previous years figures,  In 2016 for OBC category the last college was alloted at rank 2,130( AIIMS Patna) while same college was alloted at rank 2949 gor Gen catg.  In 2017 AIIMS Rishikesh was alloted last at 6768 rank for OBC while AIIMS Bhopal was alloted at 6596 for OBC. From these data it can be concluded that in previos years the required rank has been more what you have achieved this year. But onething to note is that this year the cutoff is very less than previous years so you have hope. due to increased seat you may get a seat even at this rank. So you better be prepared and keep yourself aware and updated. No, I am sorry to say but you will not be able to get AIIMS at any cost with an overall rank of 27995. Even with your OBC category, it is highly difficult for you to get AIIMS.
