Hi, if you are permanent resident of bihar and have appeared for class 12th exams in Delhi then yes you are eligible for delhi quota seats. As according to rules you must have passed 10+2 from an institution in delhi capital and maximum age limit is 25 years and minimum 50% aggregate in PCB in class 12th. Thank you
