Greetings!

In most of the counselling especially in josaa counselling for admission in NITs, seats are reserved for disabled candidate. The cutoff for these types of candidate is usually low. It depend on cutoff whether you will be get into a nit with 45 percentile. However, you can easily get lower branches in average NITs and good branch in lower NITs.
