It is better if you score more than 180 marks.
But you can not say anything about the result because. It will depend upon number of candidates who will score more than you.
So the most generally is to get in the safe zone.
And their is special round so in this round anythin can happen because they give vacant seat who applied for the special round that depend upon the number of candidates at that time with their rank.
But the safe zone is if you score more than 200

The ranks varies due to many factors and varies every year. You can still get tentative ranks by previous year ranks. In 2017 the closing rank for CSE in PEC was 68860 . And in the year 2016 the closing rank was 150777 . To know about closing rank of other branches visit below link :

For home state quota,the cutoff goes around 11000.
To get this rank,try scoring more than 175-180.
