After BCOM course you are mostly eligible for the Accountant related job roles. Now as you have learned the Tally course, it would add some benefit in getting a job role of accountant. With, gaining experience you can always switch the companies and that way you can increase your salary. So getting a job with a salary of Rs. 30k to 40k at starting, isn't at all possible in general.
