I am a student of ST category and my in JEE Mains percentile is 74.286 but my CRL rank is 228000. Am I eligible for JEE Advance 2019 ?

The cut off for ST candidates to be eliglble for JEE Advanced exam is 44.3345172, which makes you eligilbe to appear for the JEE advanced exam.The eligilbility to appear for this exam depends on the cut off range only and not on the basis of rank.
