Dear student, there is no use of pursuing law in distance or coresspondent mode. It is so because Bar Council of India does not recognise a degree from a correspondent college. Hence you will not be allowed to practice law in any of the Courts in India. It will be better if you leave your job and go for LLB in a regular college.
