This is a very unusual problem. If you are in a college in West Bengal then it must be recognized. Now if your college isn't government recognized then it can be a problem. I would recommend you to contact the SVMCM helpdesk and get it discussed. They will provide you some information and then contact your college. You are eligible for the scholarship program so don't worry, it will get resolved.
