Actually the best answer you can have for this is by asking yourself.You have been working there for 3 years which is a very long duration and you must be aware of all the work culture, growth and future opportunities that are relates to where you are working currently.If you find is less awarding for future to work there then you can simply leave.You have experience now so you can join some other company.Or you can prepare for exams like GATE,IES, CSE or any other government exams.
Choice should be yours and totally based on your interest.
