No its not possible. For getting admission in MBBS, neet exam is compulsory.
If you are NRI student, you must have to get 50% to get qualified in NEET.

No that is not possible as qualifying neet is compulsory. For NRI admission, a student should have at least 50th percentile in NEET 2019 to be considered qualified.
Candidate should be at least 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2019 to be eligible for NRI admission.
