As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With OBC category and 494 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota. So follow counselling process of your state to ensure your seat.
