Hello,
If you come under creamy layer then you are considered as general category candidate. NTA has published JEE Main 2020 official cut off and the cut off for general category is 90.3765335 percentile and 72.8887969 percentile for OBC-NCL category. We assume that 71 is your percentile. As per the minimum cut off percentile you have not qualified in JEE Main so you cannot appear in JEE Advanced.
