I am appearing for improvement exam this year 2020 and I am appearing in all 5 subjects then the jee criteria of 75% will follow or top 20%

Hello,

If you score good as per the cutoff of your board then you may get considered. JEE considers best marks for calculation so try to improve. Chances for top 20% are less as you are giving for a 2nd chance and 1st attempt will be considered mostly.

So you will go under jee 75%. Try your best to score high marks in jee main and get a good NIT rather than looking for top 20%.

Hello

Candidates are required to score minimum 75% aggregate marks or fall in top 20 percentile of their respective state board

So you have to fall in either of one cases
