Haii veni !! and...yah you will be required to make changes in the application form.you just go through the form and make possible changes after this your application form will be under scrutiny for now.Or else you don't need to do anything just wait for the approval by gate authority and you shall be sent with final approval of rectification and all the required changes will be made accordingly and then an email?sms will be sent regarding confirmation .Hope this information helps you.All the best!!
