According to eligibility criteria of NEET, the candidates must have completed 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31 of that year on admission. The decision over the upper age limit for NEET exam eligibility has been challenged in the Supreme Court. Despite pending the court's judgment, candidates are allowed to appear for the exam and admissions.

Your DOB is May 2005 & the counselling of NEET generally commenced on the month of July so, at the time of admission you will be 17 years old. Hence you are eligible for the NEET 2022.

Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.. There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court takes any decision in this aspect.

So you are not eligible to apply for NEET 2021.
