Hello, The minimum age limit is that the candidate should not be less than 17 years as on 31st December 2021. So you will eligible to take the NEET 2021. The exam is expected to be conducted on May 2 2021 and the application is expected to stat in the upcoming week of December 2020. Yes, you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination with your date of birth.
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet 2021 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021 and you fulfill this criteria with your date of birth on 28th June 2004 as you will be 17 years old on 28th June 2021 itself i. e you will be 17 years old before 31st December 2021 and thus eligible for Neet 2021 examination with your date of birth
Also,
To be eligible you must pass in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
