You passed 12 th exam by getting 284 marks . You can't decide to choose the ways.

First you have to decide your goal . After that you must choose the ways.

If you are really interested in diploma course then you can join them .

But if your goal is civil service then you may also take admission for Bsc or BA from good University.

If you have chances to improve your result then you can apply for improvement exam.
