I am confident with my 12th portion but I am not at all prepared for 11th syllabus . How can I prepare for jeemains with just 3 months left

do not try to cover all the topics.... master those which are easy.... try to be thorough with all the independent chapter and also prepare JEE-MAINS from NCERT books only..
