Both the fields have good scope. Both are one of the top field to pursue your career.
You should choose the field according to your interest.
If you want to become a doctor you can go for MBBS and if you are interested in technology you can go for B.tech.

Engineerig-
4 years of engineering can get you a yearly package of 4 to 5 laks. If you want to do MBA after that you can get a package around 12 to 45 lacs.
Medical-
After 5 years of MBBS you can get a job and start your practice. You can also go for specialization to earn 5 to 6 lacs. You can make big money if you have your own clinic and hospital.
