Hi , as per your query I would say that at this very moment you need to focus on your 10th standard and then in 10+1 opt for Physics chemistry and biology as your main subjects as you wish to go for medical college in future . Along with that for NEET you need to focus on NCERT books a lot . Consider them as Bhagvat Gita as you need to keep your basics strong. Do a thorough study of chapters with repeated revisions so as to remember them for exams . In order to get eligible for neet you we'd to score a minimum of 50% which is an aggregate marks of physics chemistry and biology if you belong to unreserved category,40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PWD in your 10+2 .  So apart from NCERT books of 10+1 and 10+2 youu can go for additional books as well like for physics-
