Hi Bhagyasree,
If Biology, chemistry and Physics is not in your course then it will be 2 , else it could have been code 5 but since it is missing so your code will be 2.
See, though you are pursuing BSc but it does not have all the subjects that are required in NEET which are Physics, Chemistry and Biology as you have mentioned in your question. As you have you have Biology and Chemistry only as core subjects.
So according to this your highest qualification will be considered as 12th class in which you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
So your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.

The basic eligibility for NEET is that the Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board.
The minimum age limit is 17 years , decision is still pending on the maximum age limit, so technically all the candidates provisionally eligible above 17 years of age can apply for NEET 2021.
As you are pursuing bsc Mathematics , you need to choose the code 02.
