dear gurvider,

At first you need to go to your college administration office and tell them that what you want do but before before doing this you must have a solid reason for this. after that they tell you to how you can proceed further.

But in most of general cases you have to write an application to your academic in charge of college that you want to leave the college as well as you have to take your no dues certificate from hostel, library.there after they will give you your transfer certificate and all other certificates that you have submitted during the time of admission as well as your character certificate .

after that you can take addmission in B Com.

but before doing this you need to carefully think about your decision because one decision can change one's life in positive way or in negative way.
