Your question is incomplete as you didn't clearly mention which exam or job  you wish to apply.

The basic requirement for applying for most of the jobs or job seeking exams is a basic degree with minimum percentage of 75%.Another thing to keep in mind is that your btech degree  should be complted before you apply for any jobs or exams. However you can take up the exams even in your final year of degree.
