I am expecting 130 marks in JEE Mains April 2019.I belong to SC Category. Will i get CSE or ECE in NIT Trichy if I belong to home state?

With this score your expected rank will be around 30-35 thousand and category rank will be around 1000.( Will vary depending upon various conditions).
Yes there are chances that you will get CSE or ECE in Trichy from home state quota.
