Here you haven't mentioned your category. And also 2019 JEE Mains cutoff is not yet released.cutoff will be given on April 30 2019. If you belong to other categories except general, you are having chances to get placed into NITs but you may not be placed into top NITs with the branch you desired.

although you can't. get admission in great colleges with this score but you can surely get admission in NIT'S in agartala ,utrakhand kurushetra etc .You should firstly decide your choice of stream in which you want to get admission and then decide college since it would be easy for you
