Dear aspirant!!! I am happy that you realize these marks are not sufficient for unreserved category student to get in government medical college but don't get disappointed as you still have many options for MBBS course without wasting a year.
1.You can go for NRI seats in government colleges. ( Self finance govt colleges reserve such seats, like in Rajasthan, Jhalawar and RUHS CMS govt medical colleges have 15 seats in each.) Fee in such college are fix and one time, that is to be paid at the time of admission. These admissions are purely on merit basis, bt due to high fees, these remain available for lower rank students.
2.You can try in private colleges like Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur, Muzaffarnagar Medical College.
3.You have option of taking admission abroad too. Fees in these college are comparatively low with NRI quota. But you must do research before going abroad, because sometimes students fall in trap of unrecognized universities. Medium of Studies in these universities is their local language. So first do research, thn opt the college.
Hope this helps.Thank you
