You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 510, you have chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year,  a score of 518 secured a seat in Guru Gobind Singh medical college and hospital, Faridkot in general category under the state quota and a score of 559 was required to secure a seat in the same college under the All India quota. But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

The expected general cut off for NEET qualified would vary between 125-135.

Cutoff will be higher for AIQ level,15 % AIQ cutoff for MBBS will be around 555 marks (+/-5 marks)i.e from 545565 Student will get medical clg.(OBC will be having slight variation from general cutooff range.)

Regarding Delhi,Rajasthan,Kerala,Haryana etc cutoff will be higher.

State quota can be predicted before result,but it  will be around PREVIOUS YEAR CUTOFF.
