Well dear your NEET score is 528 that means your rank should be somewhere in between 10,000-15,000 in all India.Also,you said that you belong to OBC category,that means your category rank will be lesser than the AIR,So,you have good chances of getting medical seat in government college.But,the cutoff's keep changing every year so nothing can be gurenteed.
