I am sorry to say you won't get any govt college at these marks.

For a general category candidate, if you cross 500, you can find yourself in a moderate government medical college. If you cross 550, be sure, you will bag a seat in a really good college. in the end, everything depends upon the difficulty of the question paper and how have all the students fared.
