i am female and belong to general category having also belong to state up my rank was 48800 so is I have to taken jee mains college or for though civil services exam preparation

Hello,
There is no such rule mentioned that for the civil servant exam you have to compulsorily give the exam of JEE main only the main criteria of given Civil service exams are that you have to be Graduated with atleast 50% and that’s it you can easily give your exam.
