yes you can give the entrance test forsure. just register yourself up and prepare, but just let me know that which entrance exam you are giving so that iy cna be more clear to me. i hope you understand. so all the very best have a great future ahead.

Dear Sai, Karnataka Examination Authority which is the Exam conducting authority has laid domicile criteria for appearing in Karnataka PGCET. According to KEA, Candidates or their parents should have resided in the State for atleast 7 years. Moreover, candidates sjpuld have studied in one or more Government or Government recognised institutes of the State for atleast 7 years commencing from 1st standard to the qualifying examination either continously or over a broken period. And this domicile criteria has to be fulfilled. As a candidate from Goa, you can apply for Karnataka PGCET but you will not be eligible for any reservations. The reservations are applicable only for Karnataka Students.
