Please score as much as you can. The cutoff can be be really unpredictable.

As per previous year cut off trend, the closing rank in round 2 for general category was 67 so as per this much rank the safest score which you need to get to get seat there should be 675+ as the target is really high so plan and prepare very well so that you can easily get admission there.
