According to your percentile your expected rank in CRL is about 45k-60k and according to that you have very slight chances to get seat in NIT Srinagar, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Sikkim etc. till last round and you have extremly low chance to get other NITs.
So, if you want to join those NITs you can join them or you can get Mechanical branch in some good CFTIs at your percentile easily and also you can look for state engineering colleges in state like M.P., Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh etc where counseling is based on JEE Mains score.
