Hello Subhadip,

As you have not mentioned your category I am assuming it to be general. Sorry to say but according to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a seat in government medical colleges even if you have state quota of West Bengal as their cutoffs are mostly above 480. You can get a private colleges easily but their fees will be high. Here you can check the previous years cutoffs:

I would suggest you to drop this year and study hard for next year NEET examination.
