Hi Kabir

If you want to study in bangalore and if you don't have residential certifate of there you will have to take admission on the basis of all india rank. The cut off All india is always high because ony 15% seats are alloted .If you are from west bengal then you can go for state counselling targetting 85% of the seats whose cut off will be slight lower than All india cut off.So it completely depends what rank and marks you have scored .If your All india rank is good enough than you can ofcourse take admission in bangalore. If you are able to get good college of your own state why to move other state?

Good Luck.
