As you mentioned ,that you have secured 465 marks ,general category but didn't mentioned if you have all india quota or state quota ;so we will consider both the scenarios.

Last year cutoff for general category was 560 marks under all india quota ,that decreases your chances of getting admission but under state quota you still have slight chances of getting a medical seat because last year cutoff reached 473 marks ,even in self financed colleges ,you have higher chances.
