According to the information available about the cutoffs or closing ranks for NITs,general category candidate must have atleast 98 percentile in jee mains to secure a good seat in any of the NITs. But the percentile you mentioned is quite low and as per the percentile vs rank analysis, you will be securing rank around 5,70,000 with which you have no chances for admission in NITs.

Hi,
I am sorry to tell you that with 44.81 percentile, it is very tough to get an admission at NIT. As per last year stats, with your percentile, you get around 25 marks which is very low for a NIT seat and that too when you are a general category student.
