you did not mention your category to it is difficult for me to tell the cut off. in last year, that is 2018, the cutoff of kerala mbbs for general category was 691-119 marks out of 720 and for SC/ST/OBC cutoff was 118-92 marks out of 720. i think you are at safer side for getting admission in kerala.
