I am getting 116 marks in clat 2019. What are my chances of getting an NLU??

Even with all the expected inflation in CLAT cutoffs this year, I think your scores are good enough to get you some of the lower ranked NLUs like NLU Ranchi, NLU Assam, NLU Shimla, NLU Jabalpur. And this is just one possibility. If the cutoffs come out to be a bit less than expected, then you might get some of the better ranked NLUs as well.
