I am getting 170 cutt off in HSC.i also passed in jee main exam .i am a sc student.which clg is suitable for my studies?

Suitability doesnt deoend on your interest.
Always preferred iptions for engineering should be all NITs, IIITs and GFTIs and IIT.
If you dont meet cutoffs you can go for top private engineering colleges.
CSE, ECe and Mechanical are top branches with great scope.
However, area of specialization depend on yiur interest.
