You have a high chance of qualifying to stage 2. As this year's expected cut-off for NTSE Uttar Pradesh Stage-1 is 166-171 (general catergory). The NTSE cutoff depends on various factors like no.of students appeared for the exam, available state quota, highest marks scored by the topper etc.

You can refer NTSE Uttar Pradesh 2019 cutoffs which were 170 for General, 152 for OBC, 142 for SC, 69 for ST category candidates.
