As you have mentioned that your neet score 200 marks which indeed is too less to get a government medical college but with these marks you can get a good private college. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, with these marks you can get admission for bams or bhms in a private college in maharashtra . Some of the good ayurveda colleges are YMT, Mumbai... DY Patil, Pune... SMBT, Nashik etc. For BHMS you can apply to JJM, Kohlapur... Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune etc.
