For Biology the most important topics are: Ecology, Human Physiology and Plant physiology, Genetics and Evolution, Cell Structure and Function, Biotechnology. Focusing more on these chapters would definitely help you increase your marks. Practice more and more MCQs from these chapters. Attempt mock tests and identify the chapters which you are weak at. Go through the theory of these topics once again and then attempt mcqs on these topics.
Best books to prepare for Biology are: NCERT Class XI, NVERT Class XII, MTG Objective NCERT at your fingertips.
Previous year papers are of great importance to realise the tyoe of questions asked from different topics.
