Look every year, UPSEE is conducted with a separate cut-off for General, OBC and SC/ST categories. The qualifying cut-off of UPSEE is usually 25% of total marks for Gen/OBC candidates while for SC/ST it is 20%. As you know that the number of applicants in these exams is too high.
