I am getting 394 marks in neet general category then which colleges(any city and any country) would be the best for me for mbbs?

Since you belong to the general category a score more than 500 would have put you in a safer zone. However there are chances for you to get into any of the private colleges. I would advise you to focus on the private medical colleges in your state.
